Do I need to replace my whole website?
Often, no. If the existing site can support the change, it may be a new page, a better form or one integration. I’ll look at the current setup before suggesting a rebuild.
How is the price worked out?
The quote depends on the work, your existing setup and any integrations involved. We agree what is included and the fee before development. If understanding the problem needs a paid technical investigation, we agree that with you first.
What should I have ready?
A short description of the problem and your website address, if you have one. If there’s an error, explain what you were trying to do. We can work out the pages, features and content together; please don’t send passwords through the form.
What happens when the work is finished?
We check the agreed features and go through what you’ll need to manage. Handover, hosting responsibilities and any follow-up support are discussed as part of the project. Ongoing maintenance is agreed separately.
