Name, number, and what they are calling about.
Phone & voice assistants
On compatible phone systems we set up caller intake, approved answers and callback requests. Human handoff and recording preferences are agreed before setup.
Only the questions you have already approved. Nothing invented.
If the phone system allows it. If it does not, this step is not part of the job.
When the caller needs someone, the assistant gets out of the way.
IN PRACTICE
Leave a useful record after the call.
The flow can collect a name, callback number and reason for calling. Compatible integrations can pass the request to a calendar or CRM. Without that support, it creates a callback request rather than promising a booking.
Get the starting point clear.
Share your phone provider, opening hours and common call types. Language support, recording preferences and usage costs are reviewed before setup.
Can it work with my existing number?
That depends on your provider’s routing and integration capabilities. We check whether forwarding or number porting is needed before confirming compatibility.
Not every phone system can book or transfer. Tell us how calls are answered now, and which system you use. I will not quote a feature the system cannot do.
