Email, documents & workflows
An email arrives.
Someone copies a line into a spreadsheet.
Later they remember to follow up.
We build flows such as email-to-task, document intake and follow-up reminders. Sensitive actions get approval steps; failed actions get notifications.
What can run on its own
An email that should become a task. A document that should update a record. A finished job that should send a follow-up. One sequence, named properly.
What still needs you
Money, a message that goes to a customer, a record that gets deleted. Those do not leave without you. I will not promise to automate the whole business.
IN PRACTICE
Plan for the day the workflow fails, as well as the day it works.
Creating a record from a document may look simple. We also define what happens when it arrives twice, information is missing or the destination tool is unavailable. The steps should remain traceable.
Get the starting point clear.
Describe one process from start to finish, including the tools, who approves actions and the information that moves between them.
Should every step be automatic?
No. Payments, deletion and sensitive customer messages may need approval. We define the boundaries around the task and its risks.
Describe one job you repeat, and the tools you use. The fee is for that job.
